Speak only English in global please. You will find that there are other channels that the players made for their language. Ask in global for details (in English). PLEASE don't ask GameMaster to answer your ticket in global. They know that they have to do it. No need to bother us and other players by flooding global. You WILL be muted for speaking languages other than english in global, and for innapropriate language/attitude. Full rules can be found here . Read them!

GameMasters - What they do and don't do. |

Going from lowest to highest rank: Forum Moderator, Apprentice GameMaster, Standard GameMaster, Veteran GameMaster, GameMaster Supervisor, Developer, Admin. Class Leaders are not part of the staff.

The main difference between ranks is the number of commands available. So not every rank can help with every issue.

We close tickets with just text such as "hi" or "I have a problem" that don't explain anything/state the problem as they waste everyones time (that often happens because "Enter" was used to lower the text in the ticket, make a ticket in one line so we can read it). When opening a ticket, write down what your problem is in one line, accurately and straight away, as this lets us filter it (i.e. I might not be able to answer your problem, but another GameMaster can, so he will forward it straight away). Rather than opening a ticket, ask the players in global, the GameMaster doesn't know all the thousands of quests and items in game. Also, remember, WoWhead is your friend.

We can be wrong, we do our best to help you, and we choose to become a GameMaster to help, not to get free items on our normal chars (because we don't get anything in return for being GameMaster). Sometime we cannot help you because we don't have enough commands, and we don't know everything either.

Yes, that service was made available mostly for people who's country isn't supported by PayPal. You can find all the instructions in your Account Manager, under SMS tab.

Yes, it is possible to transfer characters between accounts. The price of each transfer is 15€ and can be found in Account Manager, under the Transfer tab.

There is no fixed time on the arrival of Donation Points. Because real money is in question, Donations are handled manually to avoid any scam attempts that may occur.

If 24 hours have passed after your Donation and you still didn't get your Donation Points, you need to send an Email to donations@lastwow.com. Be sure to include your PayPal Email, Date of the Donation, and the Amount you donated. It will help with handling your Donation problem faster.

Yes, open a ticket, and and a Veteran GameMaster will check your claims and give it to you (Bind on Equip or any regular item (which doesn't get Soulbound after you get it) is excluded from refunding).

No, when choosing an item via Voting/Donating there is a clear warning (2 to be exact), so double check your character name before purchasing an item.

Yes, transferring Donation items is available, but only once per item. When you change the item once, you loose the right of transferring that item again. Be warned that there is no estimated time for a Donation Exchange to be done as it is processed the same way as other player issues - over a ticket. Note: Transferring is in a way our good will, we are in no way obligated towards you to do an item transfer, as you already got the items you 'paid for' originally.

No, we do not rename players unless it seriously violates some codes and regulations, or is clearly offensive.

The limit on the gold amount you can have at a time is 214k (214 000). If you go over that number your gold will reset to 0. We will not refund the gold you lost.

Try to delete your Cache folder and your WTF folder, in your main WoW folder. If that fails, then as of right now, there is not fix for this problem, but we are working on it.

In order to get your Arena Points, you must play at least 10 games each week, and take part in about 30% of the matches your arena team plays.

Try to use the auto-unstuck in game if you can, otherwise use the Unstucker in your Account Manager . If all that fails, open a ticket.

Try typing /console reloadui. If that doesnt work delete your Cache and WTF folders, in your WoW Folder.

This is a false-positive that happens occasionally. You won’t get banned for it, only kicked. It usually happens when you have a high ping/lag and jump around lots, so try to improve your connection.

When you experience an immune bug, you should relog immediately (by normal way if you are out of combat, and by pressing Alt + F4 if you are in combat). If someone reports you abusing the immune bug, you will get banned.

Yes, it is allowed in every Battleground(including Eye of the Storm). It is also allowed in the Arena, unless the Priest is using it to make the target fall underground. If that happens, take a screenshot and report on the forums.
